Parking Guidelines

Parking Guidelines

1. Only Authorized Vehicles, as defined in the Declaration, are permitted in the community.

2. Residents must park their vehicles in their garage. Driveways are not to be used for parking for any length of time.

3. Guest Parking spaces are intended for guests. Homeowners may not park in guest parking areas for any length of time.

4. All vehicles parked in the Community must have current registration and license.

5. Any vehicle parked improperly or illegally may be subject to tow away at owner’s expense.

6. Car washing is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

7. Parking in the fire lanes is strictly prohibited and vehicles are subject to immediate tow at vehicle owner’s expense. Please refer to Exhibit G of the Declaration.

8. Parking on or along the driveway and/or drives within the community is strictly prohibited.

9. Garages and driveways may not be rented or leased to non-owners except in connection with the rental or lease of the condominium which they are appurtenant.

10. Each garage must be readily available for parking of the homeowner’s vehicle(s).

11. Garages may not be used for storage, office space, workshops or the like.

12. Each owner is responsible for advising the owner’s family, tenants, and guests of the parking regulations.
