How do I get copies of all association documents for escrow? |

Most documents are available at no charge to the Seller on the association website. You will need to login and can then download the pdf files and forward to escrow. If you would prefer that management provide the documents our fee schedule is available on the website. |

Please review the annual budget. In short, maintenance of the common areas and trash service is included. Owners are responsible for their Utilities (water, sewer, electricity, gas and cable). |

I have more than two cars, can I park in visitor parking? |
Answer: |
No, residents cannot park in visitor parking. Visitor parking is for short term visitors only. If you cannot park in your garage you will need to purchase a parking permit to park on the street. City of Pasadena does not allow the purchase of monthly passes so you must purchase a daily permit. Please check the City of Pasadena website for details concerning street parking. |

Where do I pay my HOA assessments each month? |

There are several options. 1. You can pay online using your banks bill payment service (this is usually a free service), 2. You can use the association's ACH service which is offered by PayLease, please click on the links tab to be directed to their website (PayLease charges a $2.95 transaction fee but they do accept most major credit cards), or 3. You can send a check in the mail. All payments should be payable to Artisan Square Maintenance Corporation and not the management company. Payments should be mailed to: Community Association Specialists, Inc. 1732 Aviation Blvd., PMB 429, Redondo Beach, CA 90278. |
