If you would like to make your assessment payment online, you may do so by selecting the "Links" tab on the left. This will provide the link to PayLease which is the processing company and they accept most major credit cards and e-checks. You can even sign up for re-occurring monthly payments so you will not need to worry about making your payment timely. PayLease does charge a small fee for their service of $2.95 to $9.95. This is not a fee charged by management or the association, it is a fee charged by PayLease for use of their services.
You can also setup automatic bill-pay through your financial institution and this is typically provided at no charge. Please check with your bank for details.
For all payments your account number is your numerical street address and unit number, you do not need to include the street name. Make sure your payment is payable to Artisan Square and not the management company. Assessment payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late if not received by management on the 15th of the month.
